Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.misc -> Font of Oracle SQL output sent by UNIX mailx to MS Outlook
Crontab automatically runs an SQL query on our UNIX Oracle server and sends
the resulting report using mailx. The users use MS Outlook for their email.
Our problem is that MS Outlook uses a proportional font to present the
message therefore making the columns funny. Our previous email tool, Lotus
CCmail used only fixed font. Would you recommend me a way of forcing the
email to use a fix font. Is it a parameter to Oracle SQL? Maybe is it an UNIX
mailer that can give some command in the email header?
Thanks,
Joshua
