How to set up ODBC driver in Alpha NT

I have installed oracle 8 ODBC driver properly in an Alpha NT. But I cannot add system DSN in the control panel configuration. I found that the version and company show 'Not marked' and the date is blank.
A successful set up for this driver in an Intel NT was done before.

Is there any additional procedure in the set up in Alpha NT? Or the ODBC driver is incompatible with Alpha machines?
