Hi
Not sure this message got posted
I am using oracle forms 5 and what I am trying to do is measure performance when retrieving data using a table and a stored procedure. The easy bit is using the table to retrieve data the hard bit if trying to use a stored procedure to return data
Oracle suggest to use a REF cursor or a table of records to return the data tat you want to display in the block
I have not got a clue on how to do this. Is there anyone who can show to how to write this procedure just using the EMP table to return data on all the columns
any help would be appreciated
Would be greatful if you could email me on mdesouza_at_yahoo.com
Thanks
