I have taken the Oralce DBA certification exams. The exams I took tested what is in the corresponding Oracle course. If it wasn't in the course, it wasn't in the exam. Therefore, the best prep materials are the Oracle course materials. If you take the courses, I think you will be able to walk straight from the training room into the exam room and pass. However, IMHO, it is relatively simple to prepare for all the exams, except performance tuning, with just the product documentation and the relevant Oracle Press books. At the time I took the P&T exam, there didn't seem to be any set of books, other than the course materials, that adequately covered the P&T exam. I used the exam prep software from STS, the people who did the assessment exams, for this exam. It adequately covered all but a few areas. I would recommend their products for any of the Oracle exams.
