I've installed personal oracle mle with no problem at all, both onto 95 and 98. Are you attemping to load an older version? win32s was the first attempt to convert win 3.11 to 32 bit. It sounds like you're being asked for that. scenario, rather than the win95 that your news s/w suggests that you're running.
