Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.misc -> ORACLE Forms querying with child block
I have a form with a parent and child block related by a
field which is the primary key of the parent block (and
thus a foreign key in the child block). There was a request
to be able to enter criteria in a child block field for a
query which would then bring back the set of all related
rows in the two blocks in which the particular child block
field value matched the given criteria. Is this legal or
meaningful and if so how can it be done?
