I'm running Oracle 8.0.3 (client) on Windows NT, and I'm trying to add the
ODBC driver with the ODBC Data Source Administrator in the control panel.
Every time I try to add it, I get an error message that says: The setup
routines for the Oracle ODBC Driver ODBC driver could not be loaded due to
system error code 126. Then I click OK, and it gives me more information:
Could not load the setup or translator library. I don't have any idea why
this is giving me these errors. If anyone has encountered this before, or
has any ideas on how to fix it, please advise. Thank you!
