Would anyone know what is the best language to create applications that
access Oracle databases?  I have Borland C++ 4.5 compiler.  Would that
work.



I have just received a copy of Personal Oracle 7 and am trying to learn
it.  It doesn't come with even just one tutorial.  Any input into books
would also be appreciated.
