Oracle Applications Information

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding applications designed by Oracle. Example Peoplesoft, Financial etc. I have noticed that a person with experience setting these application up can make a killing in the market place.

So what is the deal, is implementation of these packages complicated? What is involved with the implementation process?

I am a Oracle DBA but have no exposure to these application and any information would be appreciated.
