Designer 2000 problem

Server:- NT4, Oracle 8
Client:- W95, Designer 2000 v2.1 and Developer 2000 v2.1

installed designer, installation went OK, no problems. Then installed Developer 2000 v2.1, again no problems.... Can create forms just using Developer OK.

Problem is.....

I'm trying the tutorial in designer when I get to the stage where you generate the forms, I keep getting an error saying ' Unable to write form', the exact error message
number is:-

                        CGEN-01377
I've spoken to Oracle support and they don't have any idea's.. tried the same setup in several Win95 PC's and the same problem occurs, yet works fine on a NT PC.....
Anyone come across this?
