Migrating PO8 to Oracle 8 Server for NT

I am beginning my first project which will run on WindowsNT.  I don't have
the budget for Developer 2000, but understand that development on PO8 can be
easily migrated.



Is this easy/difficult?  What problems have you run into?  How did you solve
them?



Any advice while I'm in the planning and design stages would be appreciated.
