Configuring Public End

Hi there!!

I've downloaded a trial version of Discoverer and is trying to configure the Public end_user layer.

I typed in the oracle system password (dunno if it's the rite one ) and the connedct string for the database where I want to put the end_user layer in, but the program just closes.

Really need a guide on how to set up a Public End_user layer. Oracle only provides the guide to setting up a PRIVATE end-user layer.
