Upgrade Oracle SQL*NET on NT 4.0

Hi!

Experiencing problems with upgrading sql*net 2.3.2 to sql*net 2.3.4. Receiving error "file currently in use - CORE35.DLL". Tech support recommends to delete and recreate the services, run oracle services in manual, re-boot and try the install again. Has anybody had this experience? And why do I have to delete and recreate the services?

Any help would be appreciated.
