Personal Oracle 8 and Java page fault

I recently installed PO8 on a win95 machine and when I try the 'easy net8 
configuration' (and a few other utilities that appear to make use of the 
java.exe) I get a message that java.exe caused a page fault in one of the 
dlls in the oracle directory. Anyone experience this and have any 
suggestions on a cure? Thanks.
