re-installing oracle?

I am soon going to go on a customer's site - who will have re-installed NT 3.51 the previous day to stop his machine being a primary domain controller.

There is currently a fully working oracle ( 7.3.2.2.0 ) instance on that machine.

My question is - what are the implications of his blowing away NT, and then re-installing, and what will i need to do to get it working again - I guess it'll be a 'restore oracle' job, as the registries will be gone, but what about tnsnames, listeners etc etc etc???
