A little more information is needed here. Oracle is a complex application and not for the faint hearted. Its strengths are in its scalability, portability and robustness. Why have you decided that you should use Oracle?. What is 'presentation purposes'.? Are you writing some demo software and want to use Oracle and the backend?. If so - then allow some considerable time for installing and getting to grips with Oracle. Yes Oracle can be installed on Windows 95 - but reliable in a demanding environment it wont be !!!!. And system requirements are completely dependent upon the number of concurrent users and transactions.
