Remote connection Win95->Win3.1?

We are currently running Oracle 7.2 with D2000 Forms etc. on 3.1 and would like to know, since most of our sales agents have laptops with win95, if it is possible to communicate via phone line and (Closeup/PCAnywhere et al) with our current front end. Something tells me there must be a way.

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions/cautions?
