Problem with Forms 4.5 Debugger?

Is there an issue with this that anyone knows of?

I am using a test form which works okay. When I use the debugger with this I have this problem:

When I set up a break within a program unit the debugger stops at the right place. However, the debugger then won't EXIT when I want it to. I have to CTRL ALT DEL in Win 98 to get the debugger to close. Also, if anyone has any tips on using this I'd be glad to hear them.
