Replication & Distribuited options?

Does Replication option and Distribuited option come with Oracle 7.3 Workgroup for NT?
Do I need a specific license or I just need Oracle7 license for NT? Wich package do I need to bay to have Oracle Replication Manager? Does it work with Oracle 7.3 Workgroup for NT or do I need Enterprise version?
