Thank you very much for your great help.

I know Net8 and SQL*Net are compatible in certain ways. But I just can't get the Oracle Web Server connected to Oracle 8. When I read the support information in Oracle Web site, they said that we have to use SQL*Net 2.3 NOT Net8.

I know my Oracle 8 and SQL*Net or Net8 are up and running. However, when I tried to create DAD from Oracle Web, it complained about the Interface driver not found. So, I believe the Net8 TNSNAMES.ORA may not be compatible
some way.
