Oracle Glue sqlv1.1 and yr2k

We have a oracle database. The system specs are: Server : Software: Netware 3.11, Oracle 7 for Netware 3.12J R 7.1, Excel V4.0 (GLUE), QR system

Hardware: 486 DX2, 66 Mhz, 32 MB, 1GB x 2 Client: Software: DOS/V 5.02, Windows V 3.1J, Oracle SQL*NET, Oracle GLUE for Windows V.1.1 (Oracle Glue Service (V7) for oracle databases
SQL V1.1, Oracle Glue (V7) Core Layer V.1.1.1.09), (Oracle Glue is NOT year 2000 compliant) ,Visual Basic V2.0, Excel V4.0, Word V5.0.

Hardware: 486SX, 33Mhz, 12 MB, 170MB I found out that Oracle Glue for SQL net V1.1 is not year 2000 compliant. Do you know what part of oracle glue is not year2K compliant. How can we upgrade? What is the best solution? How much work is required for upgrading the whole system to Oracle8? After the yr2K problem is solved the system has to be moved to a Hp9000 or Netware 4. Any advice on moving to Hp9000 or Netware4. Please help.
