Web App Server 3.0 and Cybercash Perl

Has anyone been able to get the Oracle Web Application Server 3.0
to work with Cybercash's Perl Scripts?   Basic Perl scripts seem to
run fine, but whenever I try to run the Cybercash scripts, it goes
haywire and gives me a "save as" screen.
