OWS 3.0 question

Hello, gurus!

I have installed OWS 3.0.1 on NT4.0.
Just after installing everything were working. But when machine reboots and tries to start services lsn30 that is for listening 80 port, Dr Watson comes out... The same thing with admin listener.
If I change starting mode of service to Manual, and then start services with owsctl utility, everithing is ok.

What's a problem?
