I've tried adding a batch file to the "Startup" folder. This is only possible if you start a session as a user (that's enough for my installation).

If you want to make it automatically, without user "collaboration", i think it's quite difficult, but it can be done (there is a way as an special kind of user or service, but i don't know exactly how). I'll try it and tell you if you need something more.
