The webserver trims my cookies!

Did anyone ever experienced that problem?
After I concatenate some values into a cookie, I can see that the end
of my cookie is trimmed. The cookie is no longer than 200 bytes so I
can't think of any problem with my program.
Is there a problem with OWA_UTIL at WebServer 2.1.1?
Is there a way to avoid it?
