Designer 2000 problem

Hi, I recently find the repository owner lost the privileges required.

I manually use SYS a/c to do:

grant des2000_owner to repos_owner;
grant execute on dbms_lock to repos_owner; grant execute on dbms_pipe to repos_owner;

Afterwards, the repository owner still cannot access admin utility:

1. Maintain Users
2. Privileges Objects & Parameters - Object Status and Object Sizes
3. User Extensions

What privileges that loose or how to fix this problem?
