Two (2) Senior System Architects - Designers, Architects and Implementers for International Fortune 50 Firm in Reston, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

To creatively architect and develop leading-edge technologies and software into robust high-end system infrastructure for automating and integrating Central Operations network management. Working in a TEAM you will design, program, test and deploy state-of-the-art event processing systems into Central Operations for the Automation Project.

Required Skills:

1. Long term development background in:

'C' - Pro*C
UNIX
ORACLE 7 to 10 Years or more, with industry expertise in all three disciplines.

2) Large Scale UNIX/RDBMS experience required - Sun Solaris is preferable.

3) Expertise in advanced RDBMS techniques and software principals, such as data replication, encapsulation, API's, n-tiered architecture, and object oriented approaches.

4) Extensive experience in systems architecture within data communication network: IP, NMS, and/or general communications experience is highly desirable.

This opportunity is long term - 2 + years and may reward the winning candidates with $150,000 - $200,000 which will include paid overtime, and full benefits.
