Error starting OracleTNSListener80

Hi,



I'm trying to start the OracleTNSListener80 service on NT Server 4.0,
everytime I attempt that I get one of the following errors:



Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly



Error 2140: An internal Windows NT error occurred





I am running Personal Oracle 8.  If you have seen this problem before or
have some suggestions I would really appreciate an e-mail msg.
