We represent candidates who possess the various skill set levels within these specific vendor arenas - both technical and functional - from Practice Managers, Senior Consulting Managers and Senior Business Process Analysts to
specialized development and implementation Programmers/Analysts. We do this on a contingency as well as a
retained search basis throughout the world.

Each separate vendor technology is dedicated to a specialized recruiting and placement department within the
company. A Senior Placement Specialist manages each desk. Each placement specialist is a seasoned industry
veteran. The depth of knowledge and experience among these placement specialists, in the aggregate, constitutes a total of 53 years recruiting experience, 33 years technical I.T. Systems recruiting experience, 12 years business analysis experience and 23 years hands-on computer systems design, integration, and implementation experience. The average age of our placement and support staff is 49.

Both clients and candidates regularly solicit Careers Online for counsel and opinion about the interviewing and hiring process, compensation, market trends and forecasting, I.T. migration strategies, and the like.

Only Senior Placement Specialists introduce candidates to our clients. Only Senior Placement Specialists help
co-ordinate and assist in the hiring process between candidate and client. All candidate-to-client introductions are made on an exclusive, personal, one-to-one basis. Careers Online does not engage in blanket resume distribution nor are we a 'clearinghouse' for resumes. We exclusively operate on a candidate-to-client direct basis. No
representation of any candidate is made to any client without authorization from the candidate.

Our own internal, leading edge, custom developed automation allows us to respond very quickly to client and candidate needs. Our support staff is highly proficient and extremely professional.
