forms 4.5 and registry

I would like to create new registry variables and force my forms 4.5 applications to use them instead of the FORMS45_PATH and TK23ICON_PATH variables that forms 4.5 uses by default.

I know it is possible to add registry variables, my question is how can I make my forms 4.5 apps use these new variables, as opposed to the default forms 4.5 variables?
