Not sure of what your actual problem is, anyway, here goes some suggestions...
The easiest way is probably thru your ODBC driver, if you are not already using it. The latest driver can be downloaded from www.oracle.com. After installing you can go to the ODBC administrator in Control Panel to setup your connection profile. For the SQL connect string just put in the alias for your database in your tnsnames.ora. Then from Access you can start linking your tables by selecting ODBC and the connection profile you've created as your data source.
