Won't work with ADO and the Oracle drivers - don't bother trying. the
MS Driver 2.73.x should work, verify that the environment for the IIS
process includes in its path statement the ORANT\BIN directory... The
3121 usually means that the ODBC driver cannot load SQL*Net, (or that
you actually gave it a bogus connect string).
