Oracle Net8 Connection Manager and JDBC

Hello,

Has anyone been successful in connecting to an Oracle 8 DB Server using the Oracle JDBC Thin drivers and using the Net8 Connection Manager product?

I have tried to do this using the connection string specified by Oracle in one of their white papers with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.
