AFAIK, there is no *simple* way. The only solution that I can think of is to use the INDEXFILE parameter to extract a list of CREATE TABLE statements, editing that, running it, and doing an import of the data. You'll have to be careful with the import - if you have foreign keys, you'll have to import the tables in the right order to avoid errors.
