Oracle 8 and Access-Assistant

I tried to test the Access-Migration Assistant from Oracle 8 but the last step fail every time. After defining the ODBC-Connection and user/password I get an error like "Error in Net8-Connection". I am sure that the definition of the connection is correct because I can access data and create a new database through this ODBC-Connection from various SQL-Tools. Does anybode know something about that?
