Personal Oracle 7 Instance

I can't seem to find the commands to delete the Personal Oracle instance so I can create my own instance. I need to use a different block size compared to the default initorcl.ora file. I looked thru the Personal Oracle 7 online help and couldn't find the commands. Help!
