Depending on what platform you are on. If it is NT, then you should be
able to re-create the password file with a new INTERNAL password, connect
as INTERNAL in server manager would be very powerful. If your platform
is VMS then the identifier ORA_DBA would enable connect as INTERNAL within
server manager.
