Snapshots refresh over the Web ?

If I set up a proceedure to refresh snapshots, how easy is it to call the proceedure using a html document to connect to a central db and refresh a previously set up snapshot ??

I can do it using Oracle Web Server and forms over the net but this is time consuming and a waste or resources.

What I would realy like is for employees/customers to be able to refresh their snapshot from a single click of a button on our web site.

Please any suggestions ??
