Oracle Dictionary tools

Are there any public domain software packages that organize the data in the ORACLE data dictionary into something thats useful. I come from the INGRES world and believe me, in most areas, ORACLE really is a cut above, but getting information on the objects in the database is very rudimentary. I'm looking for somthing that will give me a snapshot of a table def, it's key columns, foreign keys, number of rows in the table, etc. I know I could code something up but I'm sure someone has already done it.

Thanks
