My personal favorite is "Oracle, The Complete Reference" by Oracle Press. It has a decent treatment of everything. Great for someone who already knows there way around an RDBMS. The other books by Oracle Press are also good for more in depth discussions.

I haven't read the Black Books, Sorry.
