Oracle's Designer 2000, Sybase.PowerDesigner 6.1 Data Architect or LogicWorks Erwin 3.0 are all good choices. I am currently using Designer 2000, provided on a per seat basis. PowerDesigner Data Architect is available in trial format on the web through www.sybase.com/forms/success/designer, takes about 30 - 40 mins to down load.
