Will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading people in department. Will be involved in everything from Project Leading to the sales process. Responsible for taking care of own P&L.

Required Skills: Knowledge of various databases. Very technical person. Also involved in entire sales process. Experience in all areas of database and data warehousing consulting.

Preferred Skills: Management and development skills. Must have an entrepreneur mentality. Would like person to have good business contacts.

Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
