Q: Booksmanuals for ESQL & Oracle

To all Database Gurus:

Please suggest comprehensive books that have:

1. Use of ESQL with C++ (not C!)
2. Use of STL for dealing with the retrieved data.
3. Use of pre-processors (like Pro*C) or use of OCI.

(dealing with oracle D/B)

A book that is most helpful for a back-end programmer dealing with oracle
databases; a programmer who loves STL as much as he hates C (and malloc()!)
