Import from 7.3 to personal Oracle

Hello experienced users.

I have an Oracle database, and wish to export data into a personal Oracle on a portable PC.

I see there is the ability to export to a file the following (among many options):
  tables
  users
  full database

Now I don't mind having to recreate the tables spaces first, and even recreating the tables themselves.

What is the best way to proceed? ( I am worried that the full export won't work. - I need to get tables, indexes and sequence numbers at least.)
