Please help: ODBC to ORACLE7

Please help.

I was an ORACLE programmers for about 10 years from vs 4.5 to ORACLE 6 using SQL*C, PL/SQL,SQLForms..).

Now I've been using VB5 EE and MSAccess97on Winnt40 to develop applications using ODBC to access SQLServer 6.5. On my WAN I also have an ORACLE 7 database that I have to use SQL Plus to extract data once a while then import them
into MSAccess or SQLServer for my VB applications to use. I want my VB applications to use ODBC to access ORACLE7 directly.

Question: Can I/How I set up an ODBC to access to ORACLE 7 without SQL*Net. I have MS ORACLE and Visigenic ORACLE drivers.
