APP WIN95 & OCI->ORACLE ON UNIX

hi!
I'm new in oracle users.
I wrote an application in visual C++ and use ociw32.lib file during compile. all is o.k. but app don't want to connect with database on oracle server on unix system.
SQL*NET is probably o.k. because tnsping works. What's wrong?
and what about ociw32.dll which is in SQL*NET CLIENT for win 95?

Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
