Help! owarepl dlopen Oracle 7.3.3

Hello, Oracle Web Server users ...! We are using quite happily a slightly modified version of owarepl on AIX 4.1.x with Web Server 2.1 and Oracle 7.3.2 on several systems. Now when copying to a system which seems alike to me except that it has Oracle 7.3.3 we can't make it work any more. It looks like a typo in the config or something with permissions / setuid but I think I checked those over and over (including reinstalling Web Server with Streams=Yes and Default = Yes). The error is: ndwllad_process_list_data: Unable to start child process. ndwllad_process_list_data: dlopen: /appdir/bin/owarepl.so: Nndwlldr_DispatchRequest: [ndwllj_select_process] Returned NDWLL_NOPROCS o such file or directory

WHY??
I recompiled it, which made a difference in size but would not solve the problem, and I made a link of everything in $ORACLE_HOME /ows21/lib/ into /usr/lib which also made no difference.

Any help is highly appreciated, because we lost a lot of time already and our customers are expecting the system to run (they know we have it running on other systems!)

Please copy me with e-mail or answer directly.

Thanks very much for reading this
