I've followed Oracle Computer Based training of Oracle FOrms 4.5 (fundamentals and advanced).
I found it very summier. They give you a very brief explanation of basic functions.
The samples where too short, too basic.
There were some short explanations in the "HINTS" why a certain way of handling was proposed.
