webserver licneses

Someone at Oracle Sales told my boss that if we use the Oracle webserver
and allow a connection to our Oracle database, then we will have to buy
a CPU license.  In my way of thinking, the webserver is going to create
one real connection to the rdbms.



Anyone run into this?
