Real Time Report Refresh when Underlying DB Updated/Inserted

I wonder if it is possible to get your Report or Form refreshed automatically (on line) when the underlying rows get updated or new rows are inserted. Is this possible with the new version of Dev2000, or are you awre of any other similar product which would it?
